ENDER’S GAME

A few years back, someone I know took an extremely interesting Science Fiction course for a literature/English credit. There were plenty of books in the course syllabus,  including Orson Scott Card’s ENDER’S GAME.  I’d never read it (hadn’t read much sci-fi, to be honest), but I fell in love with this book within the first few pages.  It’s one that I recommend to reluctant readers, and especially boys who are in the 9 – 13 year old range.  And now it’s being made into a movie, slated to come out this fall.  I CAN’T WAIT!!

Why did it take almost three decades for this movie to be made?
