Fun Day in Riverside Park

Just another fabulous day in Carleton Place, this time in Riverside Park at the Car Show.

Stopped at the first thing I saw….the Remax balloon. A nice gentleman also stopped to take my photo. Guess he’d never seen such a big balloon either!

It wasn’t an Orange Crush stand, but the giant lemon caught my eye right away. Is everything this big in Carleton Place?

Thought maybe these were real gold because they were soooo shiny. Still, some lucky car and motorcycle owners got to take one of these home. I’ll have to think about finding some wheels of my own.

One of the strangest cars I saw today. I was going to suggest maybe a little gnome on the roof might be more appealing to the public, but to each his own. Need to find out where he got those great driving goggles, though!! (Need to learn to drive, first.)

The parade of cars never stopped.  And were they gorgeous!  It was the perfect day, and I hope everyone had as much fun as I did.  Thanks to the Lions Club for inviting us to this great event.

Wonder what’s on my agenda for NEXT weekend…………
